Criminal Behaviour Order Issued

Police in the West Area have secured a five‑year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against Jaswinder NAGRA who has repeatedly targeted retail premises across the borough.

The individual was convicted of multiple theft‑related offences following arrests by local officers from neighbourhood and response teams. These incidents involved the theft of clothing, food items and other goods from several retail locations within the M25 area.

As part of the sentencing outcome, the courts have imposed a CBO with the following conditions:

Not to enter any H&M store within the M25 boundary

Not to enter any Farm Foods store within the M25 boundary

Not to enter any retail or commercial premises in England or Wales from which they have been formally banned

Not to remain on retail or commercial premises after being asked to leave by staff or security

Not to be in possession of retail goods in original packaging in a public place after passing the last point of payment without proof of purchase

The order will remain in place for five years.

Local officers continue to work closely with retailers and partners to reduce theft‑related crime and safeguard local businesses. Anyone witnessing suspicious behaviour is encouraged to report it to police via 101 or in an emergency by calling 999.
